By Your Side Nursing Care was founded by Norah Lavelle, RN, BSN. Norah has worked in home care for most of her professional career. After coming to Boston from County Galway, Ireland, Norah worked as a home health aide for many years. After receiving her BSN degree from the University of Massachusetts Boston, Norah worked as a school nurse before transitioning back to her work in home care, which she has enjoyed for the past 10 years.
